Turn-key furniture: the positive trend continues in 2017
By
The turn-key furniture sector continues to register a positive trend in 2017. In Italy, considered the limited possibility to build new infrastructures, the growths mainly concerned both the rejuvenation and extension of existing properties.
The real estate market, especially the residential one, recorded a 6.9% increase in transactions, according to estimates by the Nomisma Observatory, compared to the 20% certified in 2016. An increase destined to consolidate throughout 2018 and 2109.
In this context, a central role is played by the ”customer experience”: that is, to providing the spaces with services that offer to clients, whether private or public, turn-key design solutions of great emotional impact.
The best-selling trends of 2017 saw a wide use of unusual natural materials and retro-chic furnishing styles. Starting from vintage inspirations, the furnishings are revisited, giving rise to compositions characterized by lines that recall the past, made contemporary by strong colours and combinations of different materials, such as copper and wood, able to make an elegant yet glamorous atmosphere at the same time.
Tosetto, thanks to its highly specialized internal team and the constant collaboration with suppliers who can guarantee the excellence of the materials used, provides its customers with turn-key services for the delivery of top quality Made in Italy furnishing projects.
In recent years, the Interior Design Made in Italy has become not only a symbol of excellence in each corner of the world but it is also widely regarded as a brand in itself able to describe a way of life, a culture, an emotion.
