When dealing with turn-key projects, the main contractor, in fact, offers to their customers 360° solutions, including the management of all the suppliers involved. Usually a contractor works with a team of long-term, trustworthy collaborators that can ensure the excellence of the final result. Often, however, the customer asks to get involved “his/her” suppliers and in this case it is responsability of the main contractor to established a relationship of trust as well as coordinating smoothly the work of the companies involved in the project.

When it comes to a “budget” project, another frequent question is whether a turn-key contract service would guarantee a cost reduction. The answers is yes and the reason is pretty simple: before starting a project the general contractor creates all the construction drawings and schedules in order to minimise any problem. On the other hand, when a project is managed directly by the client, often forced to turn to many different companies to complete a project, it usually implicates a delay or, even worse extra costs, due to the multiple variables that may occur in a construction project.
