Sunday, March 5th, Corporea, the first interactive museum in Europe dedicated to the human body, opened to the public in Naples. Tosetto undertook the construction of the set up that has been designed by GrisDainese Studio.
Open after only four years after the fire that destroyed the City of Science, Corporea is an interactive journey into the secrets of the human body with over 5.000 square meters on three levels and 14 thematic islands.
Immersive videos, virtual reality, interactive stations, exhibitions, workshops and direct experiments, dedicated to the various systems of the body with a focus on behaviours that affect our health, allow the visitor to go through the “human machine” in all its complexity. The exhibition project has been conceived with the aim of highlighting the vast network of electric and chemical signals which assure the dynamic balance of the human body.
Tosetto produced the set-up for the exhibition Altipiano – escursioni nell’opera e nel paesaggio di Mario Rigoni Stern by French photographer Loïc Seron.
The first exhibition staged by Tosetto in 2020 is “Verso sera a Venezia” and collects the unpublished pictorial and sculptural works dedicated to the city of Venice by the artist Antonio Amodio from Verona.
