The 75th Venice International Film Festival will open o public on August 29th, Tosetto takes care of the design of many areas, among others, of the external scenic design of the Palazzo del Cinema
and the red carpet where the international guests will parade. The Venice Film Festival, organized by La Biennale di Venezia and directed by Alberto Barbera, will animate the island of Lido di Venezia until September 8th, 2018.The calendar includes preview screenings, retrospectives and tributes dedicated to the leading actors that have made history of the cinema. The line-up includes the Venezia 75 competition, dedicated to the world premieres, Out of Competition, which rewards expressive originality, Orizzonti, a competition dedicated to the latest aesthetic and expressive trends in international cinema and Venice Classics, which offers a selection of restored films and documentaries about the cinema. Furthermore, the Sconfini sections, which leave room for experimentation, the Biennale College – Cinema advanced training laboratory and finally Venice Virtual Reality which presents to the public VR works, premieres and immersive stories of any length and format.
